By downloading or using LingoEar, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

LingoEar is a language-learning app that helps you practice through real dialogs and short talks, with vocabulary review, comprehension quizzes, dictation, role-play, and pronunciation (Shadowing) practice built around that content.

You can use the app right away as a guest — no account required. If you choose to register with an email, you are responsible for any content you create and for keeping your account secure.

The dialogs and short talks in the app are written/translated for foreign-language learners and are provided for personal, non-commercial study use.

Dialogs and short talks you create with AI remain private until you actively publish them; you may unpublish or delete your own creations at any time.

Your use of LingoEar is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

LingoEar Premium offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, 3-Month, 6-Month, and Yearly), as well as a one-time non-renewing Lifetime plan. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer the app, use automated tools to abuse quotas, or import/publish copyrighted content without permission.

You keep ownership of what you create, but you grant us a license to display it in the app if you publish it. All other content, trademarks, and technology in LingoEar are owned by TNPixel.

LingoEar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, with no guarantee that it is free of errors or available 100% of the time.

TNPixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
